Dads are special people. I think we’d all agree on that. But what we don’t always agree on, is what’s the best gift to give Dad. So to help you find just the right gift to celebrate Dad this June, here’s twelve great gift ideas for the traveling Dad.

Because no matter the gift, we all agree Dad is worth it. Happy shopping!

Gift Ideas for the Staycation Vacationing Dad

Is Dad’s idea of summer vacation mean not straying far from home? Enjoying backyard BBQs? Spending his days lazing poolside, a nice cold brew in one hand, his favorite read in the other? Then start his summer off right with one of these four gift ideas perfect for the staycation vacationing dad.

1. The Chillsner by Corkcicle

Dad will keep his cool for sure when you gift him with the Chillsner! This unique in-bottle beer chiller is perfect for back yard barbecues, sipping a cool one poolside, or relaxing in a lounge chair, his favorite libation in one hand, a book in the other.

Beer here! Gift Dad a Beer of the Month club membership and he’ll be looking forward to that special delivery day for months to come. Who knows, he might even come home early that day! Beer not Dad’s preferred liquid libation? Opt for a Wine of the Month membership instead. Dad more of a cigar man? Got that option too!

Beer Club Membership

Here’s three clubs for finding a membership that best fits Dad’s taste buds and your wallet.

  • Craft Beer Club delivers yummy craft micro-brewed beer. It’s a “Dad favorite” here.
  • Gourmet Monthly Club offers clubs for beer, wine, or cigars. Or a combo of all three.
  • Clubs of America also offers clubs for beer, wine or cigars, coffee too! Great for the non-alcoholic libations drinker.

Beer (wine, cigar) of the month club membership prices vary depending on which club and membership level chosen.

Great list of ideas. I shared a few myself. My husband is not very picky, he loves electronics and technology items.

    • carolbiederman says:

Thanks! My hubby has become so hard to buy for! But my search for something “different” made for a great blog post. I got him the Chillsner and a summer membership to a beer club, and he loves it. We had to celebrate this past weekend because we will be traveling on Father’s Day.
